Form submissions and orders are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and can only be seen by authorised members of our team through a password protected admin area.
This website is hosted by Vercel. Their servers process standard technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the site to you.
Sharing your information
We share your details only where it is necessary to complete what you asked for, for example, with a pet courier arranging your puppy delivery, or with the payment service you choose to pay through.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to support you as a customer and to meet our tax and record keeping duties, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing at any time.
